PHNOM PENH Raffles Hotel Le Royal has officially opened Mindy’s, an exclusive pop-up speakeasy designed to bring the glamour and mystery of mid-century New York to Cambodia.
Running for a limited time through May 31, the hidden venue offers an immersive vintage experience. Tucked away behind an unmarked door, the bar features dim lighting, classic jazz music, subtle gaming elements, and an attached cigar lounge to create a sophisticated, bygone era atmosphere.
To mark the launch, the hotel created a signature cocktail menu inspired by classic characters. Featured drinks include Sky Masterson’s Lucky Flight, a flaming bourbon blend, and Nathan Detroit’s Hustle, a rich rye whiskey cocktail accompanied by cherry candy. The bar also serves premium non-alcoholic options, welcoming both hotel residents and local visitors.
